Welcome to Vigour Athleisure! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vigour Athleisure. We operate this online store via Shopify, offering you a curated shopping experience through our products, services, and website features (collectively the “Services”).

All prices are listed in RSD or EUR and may change without notice. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated, but do not include shipping, customs, or handling charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once items are handed to the delivery service, risk and responsibility pass to you.

All content on the Services — including text, images, logos, graphics, and layouts — is the property of Vigour Athleisure or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Vigour Athleisure is powered by Shopify. While Shopify hosts our online store, your purchase agreement is with us directly. Shopify is not responsible for any claims, issues, or damages related to your transactions with Vigour Athleisure.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. Shopify also processes your data under its own Privacy Policy.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms to another party. We may assign or transfer them without restriction.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning of the Terms.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
