Returns
We hope you love your Vigour pieces. If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 14 days after receiving your order.
Return conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if the item has not been worn and is in its original condition.
How to request a return
Please contact us at office@vigourathleisure.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will send you the next steps.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and has been checked, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible on office@vigourathleisure.com with your order number and photos of the item.
